EASTER SEALS BLAKE FOUNDATION
Easter Seals Blake Foundation originated as the Cerebral Palsy Foundation of Southern Arizona in 1950. Tucson citizens who saw the need for services for children with developmental delays were the members of the first board of trustees. In 1993 the foundation expanded its services and renamed it the Blake Foundation after member Danny Blake. In 2007 the Blake Foundation paired up with Easter Seals to provide even more services and resources.

Catholic Charities has been serving people of all ages and faiths for more than 70 years. there are approximately 52 programs, at over 100 sites serving more than 213,000 people in Central and Northern Arizona communities. The first office was in Phoenix in 1933 to advocate for children and help people suffering through the Great Depression. They have expanded, adding two more regional service centers in the Phoenix area and two others in Prescott and Flagstaff.

INTERMOUNTAIN CENTERS FOR HUMAN DEVELOPMENT
This private not-for-profit agency, was established to provide the highest quality individualized community-based services in the most cost effective manner to at-risk populations. Since 1973 services have been provided to children who have serious emotional disabilities, adults who are seriously mentally ill, and individuals with developmental disabilities.
Intermountain provides group residences, foster and therapeutic foster care programs, semi-independent living programs, intensive home-based therapy programs, respite and crisis stabilization service programs, and Child and Family Team support in Pima and Yavapai Counties in Arizona and in New Mexico.
